Q: What areas do you cover?

We provide our services in Woking and surrounding areas.

Q: Are your prices per car or per person?

The price is quoted dependent on the car type and our prices are fixed unless there is excessive waiting time.

Q: How much luggage can I take?

The luggage space depends on the type of vehicle you book. Please check our Fleet page to see the Luggage capacity under each vehicle type. If you are unsure about the size please contact us.

Q: How do I know my booking has been accepted?

Once you have made a booking with us you will receive an email to confirm your booking has been accepted.

Q: What if I cannot locate my driver?

If you cannot locate your driver please contact our office immediately. If you fail to contact us and leave the agreed area a full charge is applicable.

Q: What if I wish to cancel and want a refund?

We will cancel and refund any journey before our driver has been dispatched. If you wish to cancel after our driver has been dispatched, you will incur the full journey charges.

Q: Will I be charged extra if my flight is delayed?

We monitor all flights and our drivers will arrive according the timings shown on the airport website. After you have landed you are provided with 60 minutes free waiting time, after which you will be charged £20 per hour pro rata.

Q: What if I miss my flight?

You need to inform us immediately if you have missed the flight via telephone. You will incur a full “no show” charge if you fail to inform us and our driver has been dispatched.
